Our family had the best time at this hotel thanks to Mckayla! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had such an amazing stay! She was helpful and accommodating and her friendliness was exactly what we needed when we arrived! The waterpark was so fun! We were so grateful to be able to use the waterpark when we first arrived! It was exactly what we needed after a long car ride!
We experienced great service this weekend. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we had a mixup with our room, the front desk associate went above and beyond to help us out. The pool and water slides were great, the kids loved it. Our room was clean, and there was great service in the restaurant and bar. We'll definitely be back! Great spot for a little weekend get away with the kids.
The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to walk to different food places, shopping, ect. But also still has is own parking lot and plenty of space! The rooms were very clean and nice and the staff were very quick and helpful!
Great stay at this Holiday Inn. Ashma was very courteous and helpful! Room service was excellent. Front Desk Staff was great at supplying K-cups or whatever else was needed. Would recommend!
Our group of 30 had a great time here. The hotel staff & wait staff were so accommodating and patient with all of us. The big & little kids had a blast in the waterpark. The only thing I would do differently is to choose a day that is not during the holidays because there were so many people there.
My family had a great time here. Staff was polite and helpful. Pool was warm and had enough for our kids to stay busy.

The location of this hotel is 100% Pristine. Located near the interstate, shops, and restaurants. The bar and breakfast at this place is above and beyond. The waterpark has our kids busy for hours. We will definitely be back. A special shout out to Stefanie at the front desk. We have been to many restaurants and the care, attention, small talk, smiles, friendliness and attention to detail went above and beyond. No words can express how she impacted our stay.. She made our stay 10 times more enjoyable and welcoming!! Brandon at the bar was friendly, kind and super funny.! We will be back.
